Baddddd service

Paid almost R500 to courier a parcel, just to find out its still in their branch. If they had told me its going to take 1 week for it to arrive at its destination I would have never even thought of using them, and they turn around and say they explained it to me:()(). I wanted a refund, but they can't give me that, so now I'm stuck with this bad company until my parcel reaches its destination, that's if it even gets there. Postnet (so much more than you imagined)... You guys really showed me something. Never never again...
