Failure to deliver on time as promised

I went to DHL / PostNet on Tuesday morning and sent a parcel to Nigeria with it exacts destination as Sapele, Delta State, Nigeria..I was informed that it will take 2 business working days for them to deliver it to its destination but it has been more than 2 days and they sent the parcel to a wrong destination..This is not the first time it has been done and i'm really not happy at all..I wanted to speak to my attorney in regards to this issue but i decided to do it this way and if it happens again i will go through the legal way.
