Damage to tables during move

I moved from Cape Town to Durban at the beginning of the month. They assisted due to the other moving company that did not pitch up for my move. Money was paid and the truck was booked. Load in was done at Monday afternoon at 15h30 and then Drop off happened on Friday morning. Staff off loading walked into walls with furniture damaging coffee table. Then the dining table came off the truck in three pieces. Not the way it was loaded. Then the fun started. No Insurance taken. Then have to send the two tables back to Cape Town to be repaired which I refused to do. Then the driver claimed that he mentioned the tables legs was not sturdy which is a lie. They claim on all the Hello Peter reports that they assist the clients and sort out the problems. Not true. They keep giving the run around and try to pass the buck. Kevin was the rep that signed us up but then he does not answer his calls as well as his manager Wilson. Will never suggest anyone to use them. Never. Never...
