Can i please get service

I rented a car on the 6th September and i paid all the neccessary fees but then the consultant charged me for 2 days and i was renting it for a day and she said when i get a refund then they will refund me everything due to me, i was told i need to bring it back with full tank and saturday i dropped it at their drop off zone and left a slip to show its on full tank, i have been waiting for my refund and my deposit which they said takes about 3 working days to receive, i have been calling and have spoken to Portia and i have had no response and she keeps saying she will contact me to sort everything out, Can i please be aasisted because im tired of calling the Soweto branch.
