Excessive pricing

My wife took our Toyoata Verso to Market Toyota Culemborg to replace the lightbulb of the front headlamp. The repair took a few minutes.
The price for the repair was R534.90! The cost of the lighbulb was R390-23 and the labout was R118.00. I tried to call the service person (Derrick Goliath) and recieved no response. The person I spoke to glibly said: "Oh well that's what these things cost". No quotation was given to my wife the job was simply carried out at what I think is an excessive cost.
