Exceptional service from Market Toyota Culemborg

Having recently purchased a used Toyota Corolla Verso 2008 model with only 55 000Km on the clock I found that the "automatic" gear shift left a lot to be desired. It was simply not good enough. took the vehicle to Market toyota Culemborg where Juliana de Lange noted the details... from then on it was a very interesting development in that the quote was R27 000.00 but Juliana commented that these vehicles had had an upgrade from Toyota and I was to chill out and she would escalate the situation... also requested I make a call to Customer sevices... amazing responses from a number of people... kept me in the loop all the time. Louis Govender, case manager, was on the line almost every day! The Story ends with the Vehicle repaired (did not have to use the parts as per the quote) and a no charge invoice... AND I did'nt even ask for this nor did I anticipate such service. Thanks so much
