Clearance event 32 days and still continuing

I am not happy with this company at all. I am waiting for my customers items now for 32 days and still counting. Stop blaming customs and get up and go fetch my parcel. Dont just phone and email them and wait.
The invoice, proof of payment, importers code have been given long ago and duties has already been paid. Please sort this out NOW, because I am getting tired of this nonsense. AWB 7904986795
