I recently ordered a package from Germany. Very expensive charges for express delivery.
Since 11 days now this parcel sits in customs and one clearing event after another shows up in the tracking report.
After I called the hotline several times, they told me I had to translate the items on the list to English. After a few more calls, I finally received a invoice with VAT and customs. I payed immediately and sent out proof of payment. Obviously no response within 24 hours. Called again, person told me that their inbox is swamped and only one person is processing the payments. Next day I received the same customs invoice again, I reply to the person with the proof of payment. Get a response with default text, that I need to provide 1) invoice 2) id 3)... etc
I send another mail to another helpdesk person, again, standard answer, I need to provide 1) 2)...
This is the worst service I ever had. Paying a lot of money for it. I always used DHL to ship documents, but now I will look for another courier.
