I booked in my car for a service for the 16 Sept 2013. The service was scheduled for 10H15. I duly arrived for the appointment. the vehicle was checked in. The service consultant asked me if I needed to be dropped off. I replied to the affirmative. The consultant (Aneke) informed me that the will arrange someone to pick me up. This never happened. An Hour later at 11H30, I queried. Than did the consultant phone a driver to collect me and drop me off to my place of work. This is unacceptable. I do understand a waiting time. However, not over an hour.
