Bad Attitude, Bad customer service, No Apology

26/07 I took my car for a 45000service prior to that I enquired if they have a driver to drop me off & pick me up after work. I arrived @ 07h45 to drop off the car and the driver dropped me off @ work @ 10h20 (I was very late for work). When I left my car I requested that they finish the car @13h00 as I had a doctors appointment & pick me up @13h30. The driver never showed up & I was now late for my doctors appointment infect I had to cancel the appointment which is a late cancellation & reschedule risking my health because of ineffience of Renault Germiston worse part, I had to keep on phoning them as no one took the time to let me know what was happening, Pick up was @ 15h46. To make things worse there was a missing bolt in my car which was not the first incident whenever I took my car for a service I dont know what they findle with which makes the bolts to be loose, they did not have the part to replace it. As of now I'm driving a car that has a missing bolt because of Renault Germiston. I reported the incident to Thienus he just gave me an attitude & told me that they are short staff but when I made the booking I was not told about that as I was going to arrange my own transport
