1. The insufficient number of service consultants at the Pinetown branch is really of concern. There are 3 service consultants servicing 40 bookings a day. Thats an average of 13 bookings per person. Considering that all 13 people arrive around the same time to drop off and fetch their vehicles, this is indeed not fair on both customer and consultant. I had to endure a 1 and a half hour wait to collect my vehicle which was dropped off for a service on the 18 December 2013. The consultants are severely stressed out due to the volume of work and have to further endure the anger of the waiting customers who are left with an impression that the consultants dont know whats going on.

2. There is no fairness in the order in which the cars are serviced. It is really unfair on customers like myself who make the extra effort to get up early and be at the dealership by 7am so that we can drop off our vehicles and get to work on time. The thinking behind coming in early is that you will be first in the queue and your vehicle will be attended to first. But alas, this is not the case. It seems that the dealership works on a last in - first out principle. This is totally not on.
