Bad Service

I booked my vehicle in for a repair and was told that it would be repaired by the end of the day. I had to phone the service consultant at 4:30 that afternoon and was told that the car was almost ready. I informed the service consultant that I could collect the car the next day. The next day I again had to phone the service consultant who told me that the car will be ready in the afternoon. I contacted the consultant again at 2 o'clock and was told that the car would be ready in an hour. I arrived at the dealership at 3:20 and was told the car is finished ten minutes later I was told the workshop foreman was checking everything. 4 o'clock I'm told the car still needs to be washed well the engine (which should of been done at 2 o'clock) its now 4:15 and i'm still waiting for my ca
