I have an extra phone that I use occasionally. There is a charge on that phone bill, I believe is in error. On trying to find information from their customer care is impossible. They hide behind their business rules/policies. They do not want to give any information on charges on my bill. I have to subscribe to their itemised billing at a monthly charge to get the information on their charges which they expect me to just pay without explanation. This is what I call legalised crime - taking the clients money without having to tell me or proof to me that it is just. It used to be available on their web portal. NOT any more. They saw that they can extra money this way. HOW MANY PEOPLE ACTUALLY CHECK THEIR ACCOUNTS??? This way they get away with millions!!!
