I have been a regular client of DHL for many years now and this is the first time I have experienced such awful service. My shipment landed in South Africa on the 28th of July, to date I have not yet received my shipment. I have been advised (AFTER HAVING TO FOLLOW UP MYSELF EVERY DAY) that customs needed to inspect. I am fully aware of customs procedures and never have they taken almost 2 months to release a shipment. I am disgusted that I have to keep calling the gentleman "Tiro" daily and listen to absolute rubbish and empty promises of him calling back to update me. He has never kept to his word of emailing me updates or calling me with an update as per his word.

After having such awful service and still not receiving my consignment, I don't see why should bother paying DHL for express freight when it takes them two months and they have still failed to deliver.
