Poor service ever received

Hey
Took my mazda in for a service and repairs. I was told I'll get the car back the next day. I phoned the next day just to findout that they havnt started working on the car and they damaged it.

Nobody gives me a call to let me what's going on leaving me the customer in the dark with no car and me the customer have to do follow ups.

The 3rd day I called again I was told no they just waiting for the last part and than only they will start to work on it.

I'm without a car for 3 days plus they damaged it!

This is the most poorest service I have ever received from this place!!!

I'm sure when I go to pick up the car it will still not be fixedm

Sort out this non-sense!!!

I'm never going back there again!!!

No call back nothing! Disgustingly poor service!!!
