Last week Tuesday afternoon (02/07/13) I made a booking at Ford and Mazda, Alberton for my Ranger to be serviced for its 15000km service, I spoke to Khameel. The next morning I was at Ford and Mazda at 07:15. A mister Amar Guptar assisted me (Very Friendly and Helpful), but the first of many problems started. They could not find my booking among the bookings. He then booked my vehicle in. He filled out the job card and with what needed to happen. I had flat tire, so he said it will not be a problem they will sort it out and then do wheel alignment and balancing. my ABS light on the dash was burning the whole time and he said he will sort it out. I asked that for everything that was not covered by the service plan be put on a quote and sent to me so I can get authorisation from my place of work that same day. Nothing of the above mentioned happen except the service, and to today I still have not even received my invoice as promised nor the quote which I phoned for again on Thursday (04/07/13) and again I spoke to Mr Khameel.

I am truly disgusted with the poor service of your workshop department, and if this is the type of service that I can expect from Barloworld then I am sorry.
