PUTRID CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD VEHICLE SERVICE

On the 12th August 2013 my Audi TT went into Audi N1 City for a service whereby Audi done a oil change etc.

Besides for the putrid customer service that the Receptionist gave my wife, please read my story below.

Today is the 13th September 2013 and this morning while my wife was on her way to work with the car, the dashboard says OIL PRESSURE. So I go check the oil level and my gosh the oil level was enough for me to run a bearing knock. VERY LOW OIL

On top of this, on my wife's way to work this morning, the power steering just stops working hence making the vehicle nearly impossible for a female to turn.

So I get to the scene and switch the car off and back on and then the power steering works. So my wife could have lost control of the car and lost her life on her way to work with the power steering malfunctioning.

My question is, WHAT WERE THEY DOING WITH MY VEHICLE @ Audi N1 City

I thought Audi adds the extra touch to provide customer satisfaction... CLEARLY NOT!

Can someone of Senior Position or Executive Management please contact me to sort out this matter ASAP. I drive a R250 000 machine from Audi and I don't expect this poor service nor bad attitudes of junio
