Toyota is!!!

My Toyota Auris was send in for repairs after vender bender on 23 May 2013. Initially it looked only superficial however the car didn't start. It was send to the panel beaters for repairs on the body and later it was send to McCarthy Toyota Hatfield. I was told various things was wrong with the engine. Firstly the cam fell of the rocker, bend valves and the head was damaged and had to be replaced. This took weeks and still there was other faults. After making the 6th call and basically chewing the service center employee out about their bad service, I seem to get some updates from them. The last telephonic update was on Friday 26 July 2013 telling me there is yet another fault and delays after promising me my car would be ready for pickup on Wednesday 24th July. And yet no car! Mechanical assessors was send out and they found no bend valves and the claims they are making that I had over revved the motor in some way was unfounded and that this is once again a manufacturing fault on Toyota's side that they want to hide from the public. As of yet nothing has been done about my car even after numerous emails to the branch manager. To All out there do not buy Toyota. car and service.
