I was told by BMW to have my car in at 07h00 for a service and asked if I required shuttle service, that I did need. I was there at 07h00 as requested, but only got dropped off at work 08h40 needless to say I was late!! This was unacceptable as I had to wait for more than an hour for someone to drop me off...

I had no calls from BMW to give me a status update only a request to fix a chip on my windscreen. This after I was told no extra work could be done as my trip meter is giving trouble... It is after 16h15 now and my car still is not ready, after I was told it would be ready at about 16h00... I am stuck at work as I requested the pick upo service that will probably only happen at midnight I suppose. I am not a satisfied customer and will most certainly not take my BMW there for a service if they do not improve.

So unhappy with the treatment after being treated like the only customer at BMW Menlyn, so disappointing.
