Worst service ever!

I have never, in my life, received such terrible service as I did from Kunene Brothers BMW... After making six calls and leaving six messages, I had to drive to the branch to make sure that the work was being done on the BMW I brought in. No apologies were made, just 'ah, I was about to call you'. Then, when I went to fetch the car, I noticed money and sunglasses were missing from the car. Upon inquiring as to where they might be, I was told to wait and that the guy helping me would go check, because, at his own admittance, he remembered those items being in the car as well. After a 15 minute wait outside, he eventually came back to me, saying that it was not logged anywhere and he did not know where the items were. So I asked him what now? I need those items back. I simply got a shrug of the shoulders and no further explanation. I left there without my items and with no plans from their side to try and recover them The lack of communication and people skills within the branch is appalling and I shall never recommend Kunene Brothers BMW to anyone.
