I have been servicing my Vehicle at this dealership, ever since I purchased it.
They have been battling with the brakes on my car since last year. Eventually managed to get them to change the system and everything seems fine. HOWEVER, when I booked my car in, it was for a SERVICE and for the BRAKES. The brakes were changed, however, the vehicle computer box, still gives off a SERVICE DUE warning light every time I start the car. I contacted the Dealership and was told that they probably didn't reset the box and I must bring it in for them to have a look at! Firstly, they had my vehicle for 2 days, just to change the brakes, as they were awaiting approval for BMW before they proceed. Left stranded without a vehicle, I agreed to leave the car there and let the problem be sorted out. Now I have to go through all the inconvenience of taking my car back to the dealership to ascertain WHY the service light is still ON and be left AGAIN without a car, as the Computer box informs me that the car needs a oil change. WAS THE OIL CHANGE EVEN DONE?? The level of service received from the Service advisor was very professional and top class, however someone clearly hasn't done their job.
