I bought items at the branch and only after paying they said the items are out of stock (is their system that messed up that it doesn't tell the consultant that the items being ordered are out of stock or is this their way of collecting revenue unfairly so). worse they don't even tell you when the items will be available. customers have to come now and again to check if there is stock, wasting their money and time in the process. When the stock is finally there, ever customer is there to collect their items and therefore the queue is long (which is expected) but the assistance and the service is so poor that there is no progress. i had to wait on a queue for 5 hours before i get help. to make matters worse when you get help they tell me that some of the items are not available. No notice /announcement to state that certain items are not available. The branch manger, Victoria, does not even care about the customers. She argues with the customers telling them that they are making noise.( how can you be calm after waiting for so long in a poor service like that over and above paying for the items.) She did not help the situation and is so incompetent and incapable of handling the custome
