Poor service

I bought a set of 19" inch mag rims and requested for shipment which I paid additional R500 for it but I haven't heard anything from their dispatch department. I've called them 19 times to date and their phone rings and cut me off or send me to voice mail telling me that extinction 310 is not available. I've left countless messages but no one ever bothered to call. I've sent email requesting for my money back but still no answer. Auto style has the most rotten service I have ever seen in my life. I'll never spent a cent on them ever again
so is the rest of my team.
