Paid monies for dresses bought online, no delivery

On the 13/12/2013, I placed an order for 3 dresses from her catalogue totalling R510.00. I was informed that Iwould receive the dresses within a week, so i did the deposit for the amount and sent her the proof of payment and i called and confirmed with her that she did in fact receive the money. I called her on the 17/12/2013 to find out what was going on and i was told that due to the public holiday that it will take a little longer than expected.

I called her again on 23/12/2013 and she informed me that she was waiting for the supplier to deliver the dresses. I called again on 24/12/2013 and was told that they should be delivered by that same afternoon by the supplier.

Since then i have tried on numerous occassions to contact Sam via phone and email, but her phone is always on voice mail, I have left countless voice messages and she never responds to my emails, I still have not received any answer or the dresses.
