Unwillingness to assist

We bought an after market sterring wheel for a VW Golf MK1 (not from Autostyle), and wanted to buy the Bosch adaptor from there before we have it fitted. We asked if Autostyle could assit in fitting the steering wheel and the answer was no - no problem with that. We then requested as to where we could have this fitted, as the Golf 1 has a spline adaptor that needs to be removed before you can fit the adaptor for the steering wheel. Autostyle was not interested at all as to assit us and would not deal with us any further. Ok, Autostyle, you have messed with the wrong client today. My wife works for the papers and i have had bad dealings with you before. Lets see if some bad press will increase you business!
