BAD service

I took my car for service @ Daly BMW, on the 11th Sep. I ask for the estimated quote n they cldn't give, they just said it will be less than 5K. I called during the day to find the exact quote and still they cldn't. Finally they called and say they ve detected a problem which one of my rear lights, and ask if they can work on it, I ask them for the quote and they still cldn't give it even for the service itself, so I told them to leave the light. Finally when I went to fetch the car the quote came down to R700 (can u believe from R5000). But when I started my car it still showed a warning service sign, I told them and they fixed it immediately. But the following day the car was showing low oil level, when I returned it to them they said the car really needed oil which I paid for instantly, but how on earth can I believe that my car was really serviced if the engine oil was not even checked.

This is extremely poor service. I don't see myself putting my foot to
their door anymore...
