Very dissapointed

The lady who assisted me told me my parcels would take 3 working days for the 2 parcels 631840152 and 6318407163 to reach their destination, Mutare Zimbabwe. I phoned customer service Cape Town to track these parcels a week ago and they told me it was already in Harare and would reach Mutare the next day. the next day, nothing was received. the reciepient went to DHL mutare to follow up and they advised her that she needed to pay a total of some R1400 which i was never told of when i sent the stuff, and they told her it must be paid in order for the parcel to be cleared at customs. up till now the 2 parcels havent been received. Can someone please tell me what is going on immediately. i doubt i will ever use your services again. i need an answer asap please. i phoned customer services again today and a guy called thato answered the phone and he did not give me a straight answer.
