Missing mail

My parcels with tracking numbers have been sitting at the Jhb International mail centre for some time. One has been there for almost 2 weeks. When I contact customer service, Ben just replies telling to phone the mail centre. It seems that besides non delivery that there are some issues with parcels disappearing. Utterly disgusted by the postal service as well as customer service.

I also have 10 parcels without tracking numbers that have not been delivered. They are addressed to my wife with the initials of JC as she picks up the parcels for me.
