"The Wrong Spot"

Had an arrangement with Johan to commence work on Monday 15th April at my house to sort out damp. Did not pitch or even bother to call me and let me know that he was not coming. I called him 2 days later and was told that he is very sorry but he cannot do the job as he is now employed full time! He has however arranged for someone else to do the job. I will get a call from this other guy. I'm still waiting. Apart from the fact that you can't just pass the job onto someone else without first notifying the customer. I then contacted Deon, the supplier of the products Johan uses, only to be told that the price Johan quoted is way too low and won't even cover the costs of the material! After seeing other complaints about Johan on Hello Peter, I am actually glad that he did not even start my job. Stay away from "The Dry Spot", they are a joke before they even start.
