32 Days and no delivery or response

I paid USD230 for express delivery, item was despatched on 10/08-held by custom's on the 18th, custom's issued USD450 penalty on the 22nd and I was only informed on the 28th when I phoned to query, payment made on the 29th, Dhl only processed on the 4th-phone everyday to follow up and am told item will be released today-everyday, Today is the the 10th and still no stock. Get shifted from person to person, send all paperwork through again and again and still same result. We are applying for our importer's license and am telling all supplier's we will not accept any quotations through DHL.Probably the worst service I have ever had to endure
