DELIVERY TO WRONG PERSON

We are a cellphone shop that does insurance replacements and used MDS to deliver the handsets to our clients. when getting a quote on their on-line system there is an option to take out insurance on the parcel, we have taken this option every time a delivery needs to be done. The MDS driver delivered the parcel to someone at our clients address busy doing building at the clients house, the client did not get his parcel and it is now missing. We are trying to put in an insurance claim as we paid extra for this, but the General Manager Shaun Bartlet is simply saying they are investigating the matter, and that the client is lying. He mentioned that we should use RAM instead, if the General Manager is more comfortable with RAM then so should we. Another parcel is now missing or hasn't been delivered since the 27th Aug '13. are we paying for over night service? the excuse is they cant get hold of the client, i phoned and got through immediately. strange. the driver is simply avoiding delivery, when we complain nothing gets done about it. we will most probably have to replace this client ourselves again as MDS does not keep to their word.
