Randow doesnt not live up to expectations

Randows motto is that customer satisfaction is very important to them, they really have difficulty showing this, i had my vehicle repaired by Randow and on collection noticed that there were additional scratches on the car and the headlight washer cap was broken, i brought it to the attention of the guy that did the paper work, he didnt even come outside to look at it, he sent a guy from the workshop who took touch-up paint and painted over the scratches on the road, he then took glue and glued the headlight washer cap back on, he told me that the clips were broken, spoke to the worksop manager who advised that i need to bring the car in, i advised them that i can only come through on saturday and was told that workshop is open on saturday but managers are not in, i cannot get leave during the week and Randow doesnt want to accomodate for the error that was on their side, i dont think anyone inspected the car before release, Randow does not provide good customer service or experience, m Randow did accomodate me with additional scratches on my vehicle, why was nothing done when i first brought it to their attention, why must i take leave for Randow's error, why is there no QC on cars
