PATHITIC service at AVIS!!

I got a car from AVIS through my insurance while my car was being repaired. When it was time for them to deliver the car where I work no one arrived. I was stranded at the office for 2 hours because the people from avis could not find the adress. After 2 hours I finaly got someone to take me to the people from avis to fetch the car. I did not have my bank account information with me when they delivered the car so I phoned the lady at avis who then told me that she forgot to send the form with the delivery people. She then said that she will send me a form for it but I am still waiting for that to happen. It was so noisy in the back-round that I could hardly hear her. When it was time to return the car they confirmed that they will meet me at the pannelbeaters at 3 o'clock. Like expected they did not pitch up at 3 and I was told to leave the car and keys at the pannelbeaters. When they finally arrived at the pannelbeaters at half past 4 they phoned me and told me that the car has a broken light that I need to replace! The car was fine when I left it at the pannelbeaters! There is no way I'm paying for something that I did not damage!! I will never ever recommend avis to anyone!!!
