Avis avis' you never fail to upset me when it come to my final deduction or release! I am sick and tired of have an over draft and bank charges... I never receive an apology nor good explanation for all this nonsense. You say people come before cars and that's rubbish... I play my role by paying Avis on time and extending etc but you back fire me with overdrafts and bank charges and airtime losses!

I want a proper response from Avis, someone who will call me and acknowledge my complaint. Find a way for your system to work
