Bad Attitude by Rudi Du Toit Dealer Principal

In response to the below mentioned I am completely dissatisfied with the manner I was treated by both the Dealer Principal and the Service Manager on Tuesday 08 January 2013 at around 17H00.

I took my car with registration XWS 360 GP Wednesday 19th December 2012 moreover I was told that my vehicle would be ready on the 20th December 2012 at 09 O clock. However my vehicle was only returned to me on the 20th December 2012 at around 13H00. This arrangement has really incovienced my family and I. In addition when I fetched my vehicle my radio volume button was pressed in and the number plate was damaged. I immediately reported the matter to the service advisor and I left with the intention of sorting out the issue at a later stage as I had other commitments.

I returned to the dealership on Tuesday 08 January 2013 at around 17H00 and to my dissatisfaction the Service Manager insulted my integrity by claiming that he will not take liability for the damages to my vehicle. He was absolutely rude and went on provoking me. He further that the dealer principal was not available.

I then went to the Dealer Principal who also felt he was doing me a favour he was not interested.
