I wish to bring to your attention the following facts.
Tanya purchased the 1st Toyota run x with Lisa bank on the dates stated below, with regards to the offer to purchase she signed only the 1st Toyota Run X purchase offer, which was took back from her whiles the offer to purchased stated she refused to take out a mechanical breakdown but car was RETURN BACK TO THE DEALER .
In the event we look at the purchase offer the dealer have refused to take the 1 Toyota Run X back. I wish to bring to your attention that the 1st and the 2nd Toyota Run X purchased from Lisa bank had police clearances, and Tanya was not informed of the reasons therefore, only when Tanya encounter engine problems with the cars she was told what the police clearances was for reconditioned engines that was replaces in these vehicles.
If one look at the documents that Tim mailed us the only offer to purchased signed was for the 1st Toyota Run x Model 2004 Mileage 337612km and the dealer felt that they should hold Tanya accountable for the 2nd Toyota
The document that Tim mailed was for the 1 Toyota and not the 2nd one neither of these vehicles was registered on Tanya. Please help me with rega
