Pregnant woman waited THREE hours for food

A colleague of mine had placed a telephone order for delivery today (10/12/2013) from Nando's Melville.
A relatively simple order, spicy rice & chicken strips. The cherry on top is that she is currently pregnant.
We were informed by Primrose, the cashier, that the delivery would not take long as the Nando's is situated literally down the road from our offices.
After numerous calls to the branch & broken promises, it is now 3-4 hours later & we still have not received the delivery, let alone any feedback as promised by Primrose.

So basically, Nando's contributed to a pregnant woman starving for 3-4 hours!!!
I am appalled at such service from such a reputable company. I also would like to make a special request to the person who responds to such complaints on Hellopeter:

Could you possibly NOT use the automated response that you have been using to respond to complaints & ACTUALLY read & understand the issues so that you can address it as HUMANLY as possible???

As much as you may be concerned with promptly responding to such complaints, it actually worsens the situation as the consumer feels like he/she isn't heard!

A real mouthful, no doubt!!!
