Atrocious business practise and poor service

Due to character constraints a portion of this complaint has been omitted. On Friday the 30th of August at 7:00 I dropped my car off for a service at Meadowdale car service cityI supplied all the parts Upon receiving the car the charge to my account for the service was R520 The car continuously misfiredWe sat from 17:00 till 21:00 trying to fix, replace and adjust the spark plugs that were fitted. We took it for countless test drives to assess where the faults lieWe found that the plastic piping between the air filter and engine had been torn. I was forced to use a family member's car the remainder of the weekendI was told that the piping that broke was by my own hand and was not their faultI picked my car up on the 3rd. I took the car for a test driveThe car was not driving the same way it did when I dropped it off I found that one of the rear wheel lock nuts had been completely strippedThe reservoir tank cap was not sealed correctly and air had gotten into the radiator I would like to state that never in my life have I ever been privy to such atrocious business dealingI never thought that I would send my car in for a service and get it back worse off than at the start
