Piping replaced with old piping instead of new

On Thursday 18 April I found that I had a leak in my water mains; CJY Plumbing quoted me R3600 to replace all the piping from the meter to the house and outside tap with new piping, as they said that with repair of just the leaking section, new leaks would soon appear elsewhere as the piping was old and rusted. They promised to come the following Mon or Tues (22/23 April) but did not come until Thur 25 when they replaced the piping, and relocated the outside tap. I did not have time to inspect the work in detail and made the mistake of paying the full amount by EFT that evening. Next day I found that the outside tap had been connected using an old rusted piece of galvanised piping, which will clearly soon cause a repeat of my problem. I called and left 4 messages that day for Joe Gullet to call me. He never did. On Mon 29 after several more attempts I managed to speak to Joe. He said that they would come on Thurs 2 May to replace the pipe. They did not. Again after many attempts and ignored messages I spoke to Joe on Fri 10 May. He assured me they would come on Sat 11. They did not. Neither time did they call to cancel. I paid for new piping and I want new piping. NOW.
