Parts not replaced and loose after replacement

I took my car in for a service and a water leak at Car CLinic Rivers Edge at 23 Rivers Edge Business Park, Winelands close, Stikland, Bellville, Western Cape (021 801 8525)

1) The radiator still has a leak after replacing it. (I don't think a pressure test was done after replacing it) and most of the coolant has been flushes from the system...
2) They had to take off the front bumper to replace the radiator. Not all the parts was put back in place and the ones the did put back was loose. I had to take it back to fasten it and most of the screws and bolts were missing.
3) The left arch panel in front of the front wheel was missing and the one on the right came loose and was damaged beyond repair...

I would like to bring the following under your attention.

When the radiator and bumper have been removed there was not one or plates or covers missing (All parts were original and not cracked or torn apart). Now there's 's missing and normal bolts fitted where screws used to be. Some places cable ties was fitted where screws and bots use to be. Some covers were not put back where they supposed to go and are missing
