Lying and Cheating honest custmers

Brought in my car to be checked for a head cyclinder and get advice if it can be skimmed or i need a new one, i was told the problem is most likely my side cover, i was then qouted for 12 grand after paying i was then told my cyclinder needs to be skimmed for another 11 grand. Apparently they can't test the head unless the side cover was fixed which i find to be totally untrue (this would have costed me R2500 then i would know how much to fix the car for everything but i was tricked in to paying for one part so they can make more money on two split labour. I refused the second quote as i saw the guy was milking every cent out of me, on top of that i was rudely told to fetch my car else they were gonna charge me storage if i don't fetch it the next day. I made means from work as i couldn't take a day off or half day so i had asked them to give me until saturday to fetch, nonetheless I managed to ask my insurance to help me after work only to find my car could not start of which it did when i brought it in, I could drive a bit then it overheats but now couldn't even get it out of Ecar services premises without a push into the tow truck thanks to my insurer.
