Threatening to reposses the goods

Good day:
my name is Thembi Mangaba, i have bought goods at Nictus furnitures and my account is in arrears due to the fact that my microwave was not working and they did not want to come and fetch it and i did not pay my account.i had to pay the driver to come fetch it with his own car and pay him to bring it back.i went to the store and told her i was having finacial problems but i will make sure i pay my account. my account is 2months is arrears but im trying to pay every month. Phuthu at accounts in nictus 015 295 9404 is always calling me to pay the arrears or else she will send the truck to collect the goods even though i am paying my instalment.i try to pay more to cover cover my arrears my instalment is R474 and i normally pay R600 but still she says she will send the truck to collect the goods. i onw i have a debt that i am liable to pay and i still 8months to finish this account.she tells me that the goods does not belong to you till you finish paying we can take our goods if you are not paying well. i feel like my rights are being violated as a consumer.she told me if i do not cover my arrears by this month end she is sending the truck to collect the goods. please assist.
