Non disclosure of quote charge BAD service

I phoned the sandton branch of car service city to find out how much a 105 000 service would be for my car, they quoted R2900 which was great I booked the car in on Monday morning. Half an hour later they phoned with a long list of things they wanted to change and a revised quote of R7500 which was way more than I wanted to spend along with the fact that I only wanted a service so I asked them to please leave the car i will come fetch it, I was then rudely told it would cost R400 to get my car back!! I was not told about this hidden charge I even phoned the Randburg branch to find out if this is the case and they said no they do not charge R400. I told the sandton branch this but they simply refused to give me my car unless I paid the R400!! I find this totally unacceptable.
They were extremely rude and said they did not care when I told them how bad their customer service is, or that I would put them hello peter along with telling everyone I know how bad car service city is.

If they had told me before they were going to charge me R400 just to check my car I would have never agreed.
