Wow service, thank you

On Saturday the 4th May 2013 I bought a washing machine from Game Pinetown, i had the machine picked up. Three days later when i unwrapped the machine to my surprise it had a huge dent write across. The next day which was Wednesday when I called the store i was told that the sales person who had assisted me was day off and i was assured that someone would call me back and resolve my query before close of business. I waited until i decided to call them back on Sunday 12 May. I requested to speak to the manager and i was transferred to K Chetty who assured me that someone will come to my house and replace it with another 1, as she promised me this morning i received a call to confirm delivery address and when i got home from work there it was my new machine.
and all i want to say i thank you Mrs K Chetty for resolving my problem efficiently as you did and i didn't suffer a day more.
