Pathatic attitude and customer service

I bought my car from VW Ermelo and at only 900km there is a rattelling noise on the suspension and I went to vw hatfield Pretoria to see if some one can help me with the problem but there was no one to help me and they had the attitude like I have bought peanuts and not a car. Then I had no other choice I went to vw church street they took my car in on Friday and they phone same day that my car is fixed and on driving the car the problem persist when I asked them at dealership if there is a problem what next and they told me to bring it on Monday and when I went to them today they are not prepared to help me like im begging or like I have no other work beside coming to vw and waste my time for those. I don't know perhaps who can help in this matter.
