Service not performed properly

I brought my corsa in for service on the 2nd of august 2013 at Mccarthy Hatfield, and on the 3rd discovered that oil was leaking from the car and that the rattling front noise i ask them to fix was not fixed, and further more the car memory did not have record that it was serviced yet i paid the service provider to render maintenance on my car, upon taking my car back today I was informed i need to pay a further R5000 for something that was not broken when the car went in for service. this is the second times it is happening at the same dealership in as many years.
i just expect them to do a proper and thorough job so that i don't have to keep paying them extra and me having to waste my time whenever i have to return my car the day after they serviced it.
