Wrong Diogonostic

I had a funny loud sound in my car, I took in my car for diogonstic, they have checked my car on that day and gave me a report stating that the noise is coming from Shock Mountain, I have asked them is that only problem causing noise and they said that's the only one, nothing else. I must be worry free, they charge me for diogonstic and I paid them. They said I must leave the car in the workshop or bring it in the morning. I said I will bring the car in the morning, I went back to delear where I bought in shock mountain to claim the new one since SAC claimed that the fitted one is faulty, I had only 2 weeks changed the entire front suspension except steering rack and coil spring. Delear said they cannot replace I must buy the new one and bring the old ones to be checked and if it is true they are faulty they will replace them. I bought new ones and gave them to SAC and the fitted them only to find out that their diognostic was wrong because nothing wrong with old mountain since the car still doing the same problem. And they said no the problem is steering rack and I said to them you were supposed to tell me the problems on the first day when I brought in car for diogonostic.
