Good day

further to my complaint about Barons Pietermaritzburg, i spoke to VW SA and Anati promised to look into the matter and sort it out. i sent this to her on the 6th of december 2012 and got a call back on the 3rd of January, i tried calling back on the 4th and left a message for Anati to call me back.

i sent her another email on the 10th of january 2013 and heard nothing and followed up on the 18th of January 2013. i had no response again and sent another email on the 22nd advising them i would contact HP but got nothing but the auto reply back.

i am totally disgusted with the lack of service and the apathy of the staff in getting a resolution. i love the VW brand but that is fast changing.
