CCD Couriers
No delivery and no ability to confirm package

One word describes the behaviour and professionalism of ccd couries - shocking. Discovery have confirmed with a reference number that ccd couriers are in posession of my credit card yet ccd cannot confirm that there is any parcel waiting for me with my id number, fullname or reference from discovery. The most annoying part is that ccd have called 6 times in 2 days without leaving a single message. As a businessman i am unable to take calls at times but with a reference i can call back. what the is going on? Pathetic.
