OOn 30 November, I spoke to her telephonically regarding securing legal representation for my disciplinary hearing which was scheduled for 5 December 2012. She then advised that I send an email with certain documents as attachments, which I did on the same day. On 3 December, she replied to my email indicating that Legalwise can only intervene once the matter is referred to CCMA. Somewhere in between 14 & 29 January 2013, she indicated to me telephonically that my policy was in arrears, and promised to verify the number of months and how much was I supposed to pay to bring it up to date. oOn 29 January 2013, I emailed her the outcome from my appeal so as she could initiate the process with CCMA, on the same email, I reminded her to confirm if my premiums were up to date. On 30 January 2013, I also emailed her the appeal form as she had asked for it. On the same day, 30 January 2013, she replied to my email promising to get back to me later that day, and never did. Having waited for her since 30 January 2013, and realising that she was not going to come back anytime soon, I took it upon myself to go to CCMA and lodged my case, attended the conciliation and arbitration on my own on.
